When you take your two phones with you to the bathroom while you shower just in case!
When you do the count down over and over in head after reading that someone has moved up leaving you number ???
When you think in Pacific coast time instead of your own (due to AGCIs Time zone!)
You are obsessively checking adoption blog posts at 10:30 at night.

And I agree with the Pacific coast time thing.
you think about Pacific time and what Julie S is doing at this very second and why is she not CALLING you!
You simply cann't sleep thinking about your little one, how he is? where is he? is he born?
Your finger gets tired from hitting the refresh button on your computer because you might get an email/update/picture regarding your adoption :)
You obsessively check airline routes to figure out the quickest way to your son.
I personally LOVE Emily's! ;)
....every sentence has the word adoption in it.
....every prayer seems to revolve around the adoption.
....every one of your children asks if you are working on the adoption when you are at your computer. (when you are really just checking blogs for referrals!!)
....every dream is about the adoption in which you wake up right before you see their precious face! (does anyone else have this same dream?)

Your emotions are completely out of whack! One day you are content with the wait knowing that God's timing is perfect and the next day....WHAM! (kicking and screaming) I don't want to wait any longer! (slight dramatization)

When...your sleeping in the snow by the mailbox waiting for the mailman to come with your FDL!!!!!!
When.......you spend more time blogging than anything...laundry, dishes,dusting, ect.
Julie's comment cracked me up -- that was me to a tea! Poor Julie Salwasser was so sick of me!
OK, mine is:
When you get to know your notary so well that you exchange Chrismtas cards
When you're constantly checking weather.com to see what it's like in Addis right now
When you talk more often to your adoption coordinator than your friends
When you're completely comfortable walking right up to any white couple with a black baby, asking straight out if they adopted from Ethiopia, and you start chatting like you're old friends!
Let me tell you, the adoption process is all kind of a blur to me now, but you know that you "Have" adopted when...
-everyone in your family calls going to the bathroom "shent-a-bet"
-you realize that you hate the term "real children"
-you appreciate that flying 24+ hours to pick up your children is a great way for your husband to experience labor
-you forget that you haven't had your children with you always.
When you constantly check your friend Tracies blog for updates hoping they got travel dates.
....when you speak only in acronyms and no one but your adoption buddies understand you.
when you read other people's blogs that you feel like you know them better than your friends and family, because they now what you are going through.
